Welcome back!

As you know, we have completed some necessary repairs at the pool this spring (the place looks great!), including replacing the fence and putting in a self-closing gate, adding a fence around the baby pool and resurfacing the hazardous pool deck.. There are many other great changes/improvements...you will just have to come see it all for yourself! We have some new board members this year, fresh energy, lots of ideas for parties and socials, and we are expecting to have the best year Huntley Hills Swim and Tennis has seen in decades!

So, all that said, please remember returning households will have to pay a $250 assessment fee to help quickly pay back the loan, which was approved by the membership in January, 2007. Your Board of Directors voted for the assessment fee (as opposed to volunteer bonds) based on the January survey results. We also significantly raised the initiation fee for new members (from $150 (residents), $200 (non-residents) to $400 (for residents and non-residents). The higher initiation fee is still cheaper than most all of our neighboring swim and tennis communities.

You can not renew without paying the assessment.

And PLEASE let us know of any changes/additions you have to the membership form you received in your mailbox. We are using that information for our brand new membership tags! Plus, if we do not have a current email address for you, you will miss out on LOTS of important and fun communications!
