1. 1.We are one of the least expensive swim and tennis communities around town. Don’t believe us? See for yourself. Please compare actual facilities, too - we think you’ll find we have one the best looking, well-maintained, safest pools with some of the newest equipment and furniture. Our tennis deck is also brand new and our courts were recently resurfaced. Shop around!
   

2. 2.We stay open late at night (10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays) and open early (10:30 am). In 2012, we are starting swim-at-your-own risk hours for early morning adult lap swimming. View our hours.  
   

3. 3.We have cookouts every Friday night ($4 for a hamburger or hot dog, chips and a drink). It’s a great time to socialize...and not have to cook dinner!
   

4. 4.You can bring your own adult beverages to the pool. You can also use the grills anytime you want. And we have a kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and toaster oven for members to use.
   

5. 5.Our HAMMERHEAD Swim Team is awesome!!! It’s one of the best physically and socially rewarding activities you can possibly find to occupy children during the long, lazy days of summer.
   

6. 6.Our social events (movie nights, game nights, pot-luck dinners, adult only nights, etc) offer a great, fun, safe way to spend your weekends. We also have terrific parties - especially for July 4th!! All of it is free for members and provides an added value that is hard to find anywhere else.
   

7. 7.Our communications team keeps you connected and in the loop all summer long. Check out our blog for some samples. Once you join, you will feel a part of our community. We are so much more than just a pool and tennis courts!
   

8. 8.Got kids? Kids need friends? Last year we had over 160 kids as members!  Don’t got kids? Kids bug you (even your own)? We have adult only parties. And lots of single, couple and senior members.
   

9. 9.Is the pool just not your thing? We have newly resurfaced tennis courts and always have several ALTA teams playing every season.
   

10. 10.Need a cheap, fun place to host a party? Party on in our newly painted and air-conditioned clubhouse. Rent is for only $45 - can’t beat that!
